Hip's and how to order

From the 14th December 2007 any residential property that is to be marketed for sale in England and Wales will require a Hip. This needs to be ordered before you can begin to market your property. On ordering, we provide you with proof of commissioning which your Estate Agent will ask to see this before they'll begin marketing your property. You'll then be called by an Energy Assessor to make an appointment to visit your property to carry out the Energy Peformance Certificate.

Choose from one the following options:

Option 1           £230.00 + VAT   

Conditional on:

1. The Home Information Pack will remain in the ownership of Yourhip Limited until the completion of the sale of your home.
2. That Peter Large Estate Agents remains instructed on the sale of the property until completion
3. That Gamlins Solicitors are instructed to deal with the sale of your home to completion, and;
4. If for any reason you decide to instruct other estate agents or solicitors to deal with the sale of your home to completion then the balance of the full price of the pack(as contained in option2 below) of £120.00 + VAT is to be paid before the HIP is released to the newly appointed estate agent ot solicitors.

Option 2           £350.00 + VAT

The Home Information Pack will be delivered prior to the sale of your property and to be paid on delivery to you.

Option 3           £495.00 +VAT

Yourhip Limited will defer invoicing you for your pack for 6 months from the date that yourhip limited are instructed to prepare the pack or the date of completion of an eariler sale of your home. This should enable you to have time to market and sell your home and discharge the defered fee from the sale proceeds.

*There will be an additional charge of £50.00 if the property is leasehold.

Opal                 £299 + VAT

Includes:

1. Legal review
2. All Mandatory Document

*There will be additional charges of £25.00 +VAT if the property is Leasehold.

Spectrum        £375.00 + VAT

Includes:

1. Mysalepackplc will defere the payment for the pack for 9 months interest and repayment free funding.
2. No Sale - No Fee warranty

4. All Mandatory documents
5. Energy Performance Certificate
6. Hard Copy
7. 2 Digital copies

*There will be an additional charge of £25.00 + VAT if the property is leasehold.
