Proceed along "Wellington Road" in the direction of Kinmel Bay & Abergele. Go straight through the traffic lights at Kinmel Bay in the direction of Abergele. Upon entering Towyn go straight through the traffic lights and take the next left turning into "Towyn Way West". Proceed down"Towyn Way West" and take third turning on the right (still on "Towyn Way West"). Take 1st right into "Summer Court".

From Abergele

Proceed along the coast road through Pensarn in the direction of Rhyl. Upon entering Towyn turn right just before traffic lights into "Towyn Way West". Proceed down "Towyn Way West" and take third turning on the right (still on "Towyn Way West"). Take 1st right into "Summer Court".

From M56

From the end of the M56 follow North Wales/Queensferry A5117 (A550). After Queensferry (5 miles) follow Conwy A55.Continue on A55 in the direction of Conwy for approximately 20 miles. After passing Bodelwyddan take the next exit signposted St. Georgeand Towyn (Junction 24A).Turn right over bridge in direction of Towyn. Continue along until T-junction then turn left. Immediately turn right (signposted Towyn). Continue on this road and upon entering the 30 MPH area take the 2nd turning on the left into "Kinmel Way". Proceed to the end of this road and take the left hand turning (as road turns to the right) into "Towyn WayWest". Take 1st right into "Summer Court".
